* พนักงานไทยควรหยุดเรียนหลักสูตรภาษาไทย เปลี่ยนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษทั้งหมด

* พนักงานไทยควรหยุดเรียนกับคนไทย เปลี่ยนมาเรียนกับคนต่างชาติ โดยเฉพาะเพื่อนบ้านใกล้ตัวในอาเซียนและเอเชีย

เมื่อสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา ผมมีโอกาสได้เปิดหลักสูตรใหม่ชื่อ Open Source Innovator: The Future Makers ที่บาหลี เป็นความฝันตั้งแต่ก้าวออกมาทำงานตรงนี้แล้วว่าอยากทำให้สำเร็จ เพื่อพิสูจน์ว่าคนไทยก็ทำได้ไม่แพ้ชาติใดในโลกหากที่รู้สึกพิเศษยิ่งกว่าก็เพราะงานนี้มีคนไทยไปร่วมด้วย แม้ยังไม่มากนัก แต่ก็เป็นสัญญาณว่าเรากำลังก้าวข้ามความสบายในประเทศ และตามผมออกมาท้าทายตัวเองในโลกกว้าง

เมื่อจบหลักสูตร ผู้บริหารท่านหนึ่งกรุณาเขียนจดหมายสั้น ๆ ส่งมาถึงผม สรุปประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับ

I had a good opportunity to attend the Open Source Innovator (OSI) programme organized by the Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre in Bali, Indonesia during 30th October to 1st November 2018.

ดิฉันได้มีโอกาสเข้าร่วมหลักสูตร Open Source Innovator ที่เมืองบาหลี ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย

There were 22 attendees in this programme coming from many Asian countries such as Malaysia, Brunei and Thailand. There was also an attendee from Sudan. We came from different places with different backgrounds and experiences, but we had one thing in common. We are enthusiastic and eager to learn new things.

ที่นั่น เพื่อนใหม่ทั้ง 22 คนมาจากประเทศที่หลากหลาย เช่น มาเลเซีย บรูไน ซูดาน และ ไทย แม้เราอาจมาจากต่างที่และด้วยประสบการณ์ที่แตกต่างกัน แต่เรามีสิ่งหนึ่งเหมือนกัน นั่นคือความกระหายการเรียนรู้และพัฒนา อยากเติบโตจากมุมมองใหม่ ๆ

The most important Thai person was Dr. Thun Thamrongnawasawat, Programme Director and Faculty, who is the only Thai coach in the Iclif team. Dr. Thun is recognized as one of the best coaches on “Leadership” in Asia. He skillfully and tirelessly conducted the 3-day OSI programme in English language. Another Thai, a big pride of mine, was Miss Apinara Srikarnchana. She was invited to be a guest speaker of the OSI programme to share her story why she chose to be a part of a growing start-up company named “U Drink I Drive”.

ผู้ดำเนินหลักสูตรคือ ดร.ธัญ ธำรงนาวาสวัสดิ์ เป็นนักพัฒนาบุคลากรคนไทยที่ได้มีโอกาสออกไปทำงานกับสถาบันพัฒนาผู้นำแห่งนี้ ตลอดระยะเวลา 3 วัน ดร.ธัญ พาเราเดินทางสู่โลกแห่งนวัตกรในยุค 4.0 พร้อมการแชร์จาก คุณอภินรา ศรีกาญจนา กับความฝันของเธอใน U Drink I Drive

The Open Source Innovator is not a kind of technology or disruption or artificial intelligence, the popular topics that everyone seems to talk about and unavoidably get involved with some of them one way or another in our daily life, as I previously thought.

แต่ที่น่าทึ่งที่สุดสำหรับดิฉันและเพื่อน ๆ ในห้อง คือการได้เรียนรู้ว่า การเป็นนวัตกรในยุค 4.0 ไม่ได้หมายถึงเทคโนโลยี ดิจิทัล โรบอต เอไอ ฯลฯ ซึ่งดูเหมือนทุกหลักสูตรรอบ ๆ ดัวจะเน้นมากในตอนนี้

The true meaning of the Open Source Innovator (OSI), that we learnt, is the new kind of innovation which is driven by the “empathy and compassion” to invent, to create or to do something good for others, for the better society, for the better environment, for the better future and for the better world. Everyone could do it: even a little single thing surrounding us as long as we have a strong will power to do it. We all could make it. Empathy is a skill.

หากความหมายที่แท้จริงของ Open Source Innovator คือการ คิดดี ทำดี และมีเพื่อน เราเรียนรู้ว่าในโลกยุคปัจจุบัน เทคโนโลยีช่วยให้ทุกคนสามารถมีส่วนสร้างอนาคตที่ดีขึ้น มิใช่เพียงเพื่อตัวเอง แต่เพื่อชุมชน สังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม ทุกคนควร.. ไม่ใช่สิ ทุกคนต้องช่วยกัน หัวใจคือการเปิดรับการสร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ๆ เข้าใจเพื่อนมนุษย์ เพื่อนร่วมงาน เพื่อนบ้าน หรือแม้กระทั่งตัวเอง พร้อมจะคิดและทำให้ปัญหาต่างๆรอบตัวเราดีขึ้น

Time flies. The programme has ended while my journey of being an OSI just got started. I am already thinking of the possibilities to innovate good things in my organization, in my family, and also in my life.

3 วันผ่านไปอย่างรวดเร็วเหลือเกิน แม้ว่าหลักสูตรจะจบแล้ว แต่เส้นทางของการเป็น Open Source Innovator ของดิฉันเพิ่งเริ่มต้นขึ้น ขณะที่นั่งอยู่บนเครื่องบิน ในหัวของดิฉันเต็มไปด้วยภาพของเรื่องดี ๆ ที่อยากทำให้เกิดขึ้นในองค์กร ในครอบครัว ในชีวิตของดิฉัน
